Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Aleppo pepper
- 1/2 tsp Za’atar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Preheat case iron pan over medium-high heat.
- When pan is hot, add neutral flavored oil to coat the pan, and sear the
tenderloin on all sides. About 3 minutes each side. Try not to let the pan get
so hot that the oil smokes.
- Once browned on all sides, move to oven and cook until probe thermometer
reads 145 degrees.
- Rest covered in foil for 5-10 minutes.
Results
- Really good, served with kale, turnips, and carrot puree
